STK Steakhouse: A Trendy Dining Experience in Las Vegas

Everything exceeded our expectations. We got the lunch prix fixe, and every course pleasantly surprised us. The food was so good that it left a lasting impression. We’ll definitely have to come back. The music was a bit loud; the experience could be even better with improved music selection and volume. Overall, though, there’s really nothing to complain about given the quality of the food and the fair pricing ($45 per person for two courses and dessert).

This was hands down the BEST meal I’ve ever had in Vegas. Isaac was phenomenal! Great recommendations on both drinks and food. He was personable, attentive, and provided an amazing experience. I greatly appreciated him asking about food allergies as that is always something we deal with eating out. The environment was relaxing yet upbeat. It was a great birthday celebration and I would recommend this as a great dinner date spot! Can’t wait to come back again!!!

As a Vegas supporter I look for places that offer more than just a menu—they offer an experience. The Appetizers: We started with the complimentary bread, which is a must-try. It’s a pull-away sourdough style, topped with a delicious blue-cheese butter and served with a signature green chive oil for dipping. It's a perfect salty, savory start. The Steaks: • Bone-In Filet: This was the star of the night. Perfectly tender and packed with flavor. If you want a cut that melts in your mouth, this is it. • Skirt Steak: While it wasn't quite as tender as the filet, it was still a solid choice for the price point. • Butterflied Filet: We ordered one well-done and butterflied; even cooked through, it maintained its quality and hit the spot for someone who prefers a more thoroughly cooked steak. The Sides: • Brussels Sprouts: These came with a great bacon glaze that added a nice hint of sweetness to the char. • Mac n Cheese: We went traditional style—creamy, rich, and exactly what you want in a classic steakhouse side. • Mashed Potatoes: These were interesting! They had a very light, almost liquid-like consistency (think silky-smooth puree) which was different from your typical chunky mash, but really tasty. The Verdict: The atmosphere here is electric, often featuring an in-house DJ that makes it feel more like a party than just dinner. Whether you're here for a special occasion or just a night out on the Strip, STK delivers on the 'vibe' and the food.

Happy Hour at the STK is so fun. We enjoyed the small bites and one cocktail. I would recommend the happy hour when you want just a little bite to keep you occupied. Our waiter Martin took great care of us. Thank you.

Our first time at STK. Service was impeccably on point. Our food arrived quickly each time we ordered. We’ve had shrimp cocktail everywhere, but not like this. Fun spin on it. Short rib raviolis were a great app. Three of us had steak. Au poivre sauce was Steak cooked to perfection. One had the chicken dish that was surprisingly super good. My favorite-the DJ. I appreciate an 80s sound to dance in my seat. Great vibe and atmosphere. Make reservations. Recommend!

I’ve dinned at STK in two other states & enjoyed the food, service & atmosphere so I decided to stop here for dinner on the way back to my hotel room. I’m pleased that this location did not disappoint & that the food, level of service & atmosphere are what I’m accustomed to when dining with STK. I started with the braised short rib ravioli. Which were delicious. Then had the rack of lamb which I also enjoyed. All of the staff I interacted with were polite & accommodating. It’s conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the cosmopolitan (especially if you’re staying there) and the kitchen is open pretty late (at least on Saturday). I’d definitely recommend stopping in the next time you’re in the area.

This review is for a visit on 12/14/25 We booked on Resy and was able to get the reservation the same day . When we arrived at STK it appeared a little busy , but we didn’t wait long for our table . The menu has a good amount of options that you would normally find at a steakhouse type restaurant. A very modern setting with music provided by a live DJ. The music was great and a variety of upbeat songs were played, something for everyone. Prior visits in past years the music was a bit loud and made it difficult for conversation. This time the volume was perfect , and didn’t have to speak any louder than normal. We ordered the Ribcap (Spinalis) like we have in previous visits . It is a signature item on the menu. It’s 8oz , small but flavorful . We requested it to be cut to share for two . We also ordered the classic Caesar salad , and lobster Mac and cheese . The steak was prepared to our exact specifications , and did not disappoint. We both enjoyed the Caesar salad , which is not too dry or soggy. We really enjoyed the Lobster Mac and Cheese the amount of lobster and cheese did not disappoint. Overall , another delicious meal. I forgot to mention that a complimentary bread is served before your main course. It is excellent, freshly baked and served with seasoned garlic pesto. We asked for another piece. but had to be careful not to fill up ! Our service was very good , and everyone assigned to our table worked very well together. Our server was Shaun and was on point with enough time between drinks, main course and dessert. The manager for the night Mr Jorge Gudino visited our table which was very nice . Jorge asked how our meal was and we conversed for a few minutes . He is very kind, he recommended dessert which was their STK doughnuts with maple glaze and pecans, amazing! We are not particularly a dessert people , but decided to try it. We ended up finishing the whole thing , and I would consider ordering it on our next visit . I always enjoy visiting the Cosmopolitan since they offer fantastic restaurant options. Upon arrival the hostess was somewhat bland, but once we were seated our server Leslie was full of good vibes. The decor and lighting make this place feel like a nightclub and the music playlist was solid. Never thought I would hear Dru Down at a restaurant lol! We enjoyed the salmon and filet along with truffle butter. I was quite impressed with the service and would love to visit again. Great place to celebrate an anniversary.
